Hazel Diana MaryCHUGGPassed away peacefully at the North Devon District Hospital on Thursday 28th August 2025, aged 97 years.
Beloved wife of the late Harry and a loving Mum, Grandma and Great-Grandma.
She will be dearly missed.
A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St Peter's Church, Tawstock on Sunday 14th September at 2.30 pm.
